At WatchSurgeon, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every custom timepiece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for watches that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accompanying materials.

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Custom Orders: As each timepiece is custom-made to your specifications, returns for custom orders are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or errors.

To initiate a return, please contact us at watchsurgeonmods@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • Condition: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom Orders: Refunds for custom-made timepieces are only provided in cases of manufacturing defects or errors.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us before the assembly process begins.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your timepiece arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide clear photos of the issue and your order details to watchsurgeonmods@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including repair, replacement, or refund options as appropriate.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
